AT POETS CROSS WINS IN STYLE
At Poets Cross fulfilled the promise he has always shown with a comfortable victory under Nico de Boinville (the pair are pictured storming clear) at Bangor on Wednesday 29th Sep. He was given a positive ride never being out of the first three and quickened nicely when asked to go and win his race and stayed on well at the finish.
At Poets Cross has always been held in high regard by Nicky Henderson and he will now almost certainly go for a maiden hurdle in his next race.
The form of this Bangor victory is difficult to assess, but the second favourite comes from a good stable and was well supported in the market, so the future will tell us of how good this horse might be.
Bangor Racecourse gave our owners present outstanding treatment, which made for an excellent and exciting day out.
